Big Rock Equipment can do continuous pours of liners or castings up to 20 tonnes. Big Rock Equipment's foundries have the capability of pouring multiple material options including manganese 13% to 22%, chrome white iron, high chrome, AR / Hardox plate, and any other metallurgy requested by the client.

• ●No pattern or mold charges for any parts — even custom or modified parts!
• ●We can modify liner patterns to suit changing ore or high wear areas.
• ●We work with our clients to ensure our castings are designed for the longest possible life and highest throughput.
• ●Metallurgy modifications can be made at the request of the client.
• ●If needed, we can 3D laser scan liners and parts that are no longer available from OEM.
