Big Rock Equipment supported the development and supply of a gold-processing plant designed for approximately 500 tonnes per day.

Based on pilot-plant test results provided by the client, our team reviewed the metallurgical data, developed the process flowsheet, and sized the key equipment required for the crushing, grinding, gravity recovery, flotation, thickening, and filtration circuits.

The supplied plant package included crushing and grinding equipment, a hydrocyclone cluster, flotation circuit, tailings and concentrate thickeners, filter presses, slurry pumps, tanks, reagent systems, structural steel, and skids.

This project demonstrates Big Rock Equipment’s ability to connect process engineering, operational understanding, and competitive equipment supply — from pilot-test data through to fabricated equipment delivered for installation.
